Our dedication to quality service at BigVape extends to our shipping practices. We do our utmost to ensure that the orders are packaged securely and shipped out to our customers in time. Help us help you by verifying that the shipping address you provided is correct before confirming the order and sending us your payment.
Processing for most orders before shipping is completed within 1 business day after we receive payment confirmation. Payment by online banking except Kiwibank online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. Orders placed before 2:30 PM from Monday to Friday will ship on the same day. Orders with Overnight shipping service placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will not ship until Monday.
Once your order has been packed and ready to ship, you will be emailed a tracking number, which can be tracked online. Please allow up to 2 days for delivery domestically (Within NZ), or 1 week internationally.
We have the lowest shipping prices. To check the shipping cost for your ordering items you can just put the ordering items in your shopping cart and then you will know exactly the shipping cost with your shipping address before confirming your order by the payment.
When your ordering value more than $NZ 100 you will get a free shipping anywhere in New Zealand

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, you must report any damages or faults within three working days. BigVape does not refund any shipping costs. Also, we do not pay the cost of shipping products back to us. For health and sanitary reasons electronic cigarette cartridges are not returnable.
Different batteries have different warranties, usually ranging from one to three months.
- Standard and Long batteries will not be replaced after One Month of purchasing.
- Max Batteries will not be replaced after Two Months of purchasing.
Our warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse, abuse, neglect or careless storage
The product being returned must be shipped back to BigVape together with the filled and printed Replacement Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form and proof of purchase. RMA forms can be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
